These Terms of Service describe the conditions under which nail services are provided by Lili Janes home nail studio. By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

All services are provided in a private home nail studio and include manicure treatments such as classic, gel and strengthening manicure, as well as simple designs. The exact service, price and timing are agreed at the time of booking.

2. Booking & confirmation

Appointments can be requested via the online form, by email or by phone. Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message with the agreed date and time.

Requested times may be adjusted based on availability.
You are responsible for providing correct contact details.
If a deposit or prepayment is required, the appointment is confirmed only after payment.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform as early as possible so your time slot can be offered to another client.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in losing your deposit or being charged a cancellation fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

4. Late arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, the treatment may need to be shortened or certain steps may be skipped, while the full price may still apply. For significant lateness, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

5. Health & contraindications

You agree to inform about any nail problems, allergies, skin conditions, injuries or medical issues that may affect the service. The studio reserves the right to refuse treatment if:

there are visible infections or suspected fungal conditions,
the service could be unsafe or unsuitable for your current health condition.

6. Hygiene & safety

Single-use materials and disinfected tools are used for each client. You agree to follow basic hygiene rules, including arriving with clean hands and not bringing food into the workspace.

7. Result & aftercare

The result of the service depends on your nail type, lifestyle and how well aftercare instructions are followed. Chips, breaks or early lifting caused by mechanical damage, misuse or improper aftercare are not considered the responsibility of the studio.

8. Payments

Prices for standard services are listed on the pricing page. Additional fees may apply for:

very long nails,
complex nail art or designs,
extra time required beyond the usual appointment length.

Payment methods and any deposits are specified at the time of booking.

9. Photos & social media

With your verbal consent, photos of your nails may be taken after the service and used for portfolio or social media. Your face will not be shown unless you explicitly agree. You can withdraw your consent at any time for future photos.

10. Personal data

Basic contact and booking information is collected to manage your appointment. More details about how your data is used are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

The studio is not liable for:

allergic reactions if you did not inform about known allergies or sensitivities,
damage to nails after the appointment caused by misuse, accidents or other external factors,
personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit.

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the services after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
